Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mix of highs and lows. The rooms were spacious and bright, but some had limited lighting and views, leaving them feeling a bit cramped. The service was top-notch, with friendly and helpful staff, but it could be challenging to locate certain amenities. The location was ideal for exploring DC's main attractions but lacked the vibrancy after work hours. The dining experience offered a variety of options, though some areas could be improved. Overall, a decent stay with room for enhancements.
The hotel is in a prime location, convenient for exploring the nearby attractions and within walking distance of city amenities. The rooms are spacious, above average US standards, though lacking a refrigerator. The service is extremely friendly and accommodating to multi-generational families. The dining experience could be improved with more efficient restocking. Overall, a well-maintained property with value for money.
The hotel was quite comfortable but had noise issues at night. The rooms were very clean and cozy, and the check-in and check-out process was quick. The simple breakfast was nice, but the noise from the back alley disturbed my sleep. The location was ideal for exploring the city and its attractions.
The hotel has a nice and cool ambiance in the rooms, although the view is limited to another building through an alley. It offers a pleasant stay with accommodating service and friendly staff.
The hotel rooms were a bit smaller than average but surprisingly dark, which was a blessing for my sleep. They had views onto a high walled concrete car park and were extremely small for a Hilton property, lacking a fridge or microwave. The service was extremely friendly and nice, with efforts to vary daily food options that offered a well-rounded breakfast. The location was perfect, close to all that DC has to offer, within walking distance to the White House, restaurants, metro stations, and the DC circulator bus stop. Dining included a small lunch sack with enough food to keep us going until lunch, along with hot items and yogurt. The facilities were adequate.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms are modern and clean, with very comfortable beds, but the location was less than ideal as it was right by the dumpsters and loading docks from next door. The constant noise from trucks, especially their reverse signals and dumpsters being emptied, was disruptive throughout the night.
